HRBP- 12 Month Contract

The role will sit within an EMEA HR Business Partner team providing HR support to one of our regional lines of business teams. You will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of core HR skills to help the business achieve its objectives. You will also help to deliver core processes including performance management, compensation, talent management and promotions.
Key responsibilities

* Provide HR support and consultation to one of our regional lines of business.
* Work closely with specialist partners to support on HR issues and topics including talent acquisition, talent, employee relations, compensation and others to deliver responsive and pragmatic solutions.
* Coach, partner with and influence leadership teams & senior business leaders
* Active involvement in ad hoc projects

Key skills

* A broad understanding of all major HR disciplines & dealing with complex HR issues
* Experience of working in a global regulated organisation within financial services
* Excellent partnership, problem solving, team working & interpersonal skills
* Ability to challenge, influence and persuade others
* Strong communication skills oral & written
