Senior Organisational Development Specialist – Interventions

Salary: £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,409 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: We can offer home, office-based or hybrid working

What you will bring…

To be considered as our Senior Organisational Development Specialist, you will need:

- Extensive experience within organisational development (OD)
- Experience of creating, co-creating and curating content with subject matter experts that meets organisational needs
- Experience of facilitation, action learning and/or psychometrics
- Experience of risk assessments and the creation of solutions to mitigate risk
- An understanding of how to apply a range of OD models to shape OD approaches, plans and culture
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- A CIPD Level 7 qualification

What you’ll be doing…

As our Senior Organisational Development Specialist, you will design, develop and deliver organisational development interventions for teams across our organisation.

Creating structured and emergent approaches to drive behaviour and culture change, you will utilise a range of intervention methods. These will include human process interventions, techno-structural techniques and HR interventions covering performance management and motivation.

Your work will also involve strategic interventions to support business planning, cultural transformation and operating model design, ensuring alignment between strategy, structure and processes.

Additionally, you will:

- Lead and manage the OD Specialist – Interventions
- Collaborate with operational and learning teams to align OD initiatives with emerging business needs and the organisational learning strategy
