Chief People Officer - Weymouth and Kingston Maurward College

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief People Officer to join our SLT. This senior role will lead change and transformation to achieve our strategic aims and objectives, delivering on our aspiration of making Weymouth and Kingston Maurward College a great place to work. The successful candidate will ensure that all people-related activities are aligned to foster a strong and coherent culture based on our values.
