About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for people management queries across FLS. You’ll deliver generalist HR advice and support, focusing on the employee lifecycle, case management, recruitment, job evaluation, and organisational change projects. Your insights will contribute to embedding our People Strategy across Scotland.
About the Team
Our People Management team is central to supporting FLS’s employees and line managers. Comprising HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, we work closely with specialist functions such as Talent and Resourcing, Learning & Development, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and more. Together, we deliver a comprehensive HR service to ensure FLS thrives as an agency.
Key Job Criteria
Candidates should have or be willing to work towards CIPD membership, with a solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders, are essential. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
