Do you:

- have previous international HR experience of the Asia Pacific region?
If so, this might be the role for you!
You will have day to day HR responsibility for our colleagues in the UK and Asia Pacific regions, which includes managing:
- outsourced payrolls in UK and Asia Pacific
- recruitment processes
- employee relations issues
- relationships with key stakeholders in the organisation.
You will also work with the Head of HR to prepare monthly and annual reports and collaborate with HR colleagues to develop, implement and update key HR policies and to ensure the continuous improvement of recruitment and other key day to day processes.
You will be expected to develop strong collaborative relationships throughout your regions of responsibility and be able to make decisions in a dynamic international environment where both requirements and priorities can change rapidly.
To succeed in this role you should:
- have extensive HR experience in an international context
- have previous experience of working with outsourced payrolls
- enjoy recruitment, policy development and managing employee relations issues
- ideally have an understanding of international employment law
- be fluent in English
- have excellent written communication skills.
