Job Details

My client, a London Council, is looking for an ER Advisor (HR Business Consultant) to add to their established team on a permanent or fixed term contract basis.



HYBRID WORKING - Month Contract



If you are looking to develop into a HR Business Partner role and have sound experience of managing an ER case load then this is a great role for you.



This role reports into the HR Business Partner and will be responsible for providing HR and Employee Relations support to their directorate.



The post holder will coach, advise, and support managers at all levels in delivering HR and ER solutions.



The successful candidate MUST be an associate member of the CIPD (Level 5) and will have experience of providing advice to managers on a range of HR related issues, including employee relations and change management.



This is a great opportunity for an experienced an HR Adviser who is looking to develop into a HR Business Partner role in the future.



This role is hybrid working with a minimum of one day a week on-site in London.



CANDIDATES MUST BE LEVEL 5 CIPD QUALIFIED
