Based in Hale Village, London N17
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We have an opportunity for an experienced and organised Human Resources Administrator to join us and provide efficient and customer-focused support to our busy HR team. Working closely with the Head of HR Operations and the Senior HR Advisor, you will also work with the HR Advisor in areas such as recruitment and L&D administration. This role is the first point of contact for HR queries and will cover administration duties across all areas of human resources.
Given the challenges of the role, you must:
- be CIPD qualified, or actively working towards a CIPD Level 3
- have a proven HR background, ideally generalist
- have the ability to use and administer a computerised HR database
- be numerate as you will be dealing with payroll queries and collating information for reports.
First class communication skills are essential, along with a strong team ethic and good knowledge of equality and diversity in the workplace.
Please do not apply if you do not meet the qualification criteria.
In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits, and a flexi scheme. Newlon does operate a hybrid working benefit which is available after three months of employment. This role will be required to work at least three days in the office. You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.

Closing date: 23:59 on Tuesday 11th February 2025.
Online assessments will be held between Friday 14th February to Tuesday 18th February 2025.
Interviews will be held in-person at our offices in Hale Village on Friday 21st February 2025.
