As a new role in a re-structured HR function this position will be central in partnering the business in the development of HR strategy with a key deliverable around the execution of management and leadership development, organisational performance and resourcing.

This is a broad reaching opportunity with other key responsibilities across:

• Supporting Head office with HR business partnering activity
• Design and implementation of management development programmes
• Building succession plans into all key positions
• Development of successor population, ensuring readiness in lean organisation
• Talent evaluation and building career paths
• Driving performance management process and culture
• Organisational Design
• Management of resourcing strategy, including competency
frameworks and vendor selection & management
• Support to operational HR on all T, D and PM design and programme management
• Design of performance management system and process
• Design of Leadership Capability process and tie into talent management processes

As an experienced HR professional you will have:
• Broad generalist HR experience, covering all elements of HR Partnering
• Some previous experience within a Talent/ learning and development role
• A track record of success gained in a fast-paced, cost-conscious and customer focussed business environment
• An understanding of how to build organisational capability through effective talent management, succession planning and learning and development
• Experience of and credibility to interface at senior management level
• Excellent relationship and rapport building skills with internal and external contacts at any level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
