The HR Manager will be responsible for providing generalist support to the management team as well as supporting the International HR Director on the HR Strategy, responsibilities include:

*Managing employee relations issues
*Driving performance across your client group
*Succession planning both locally and working closely with the wider business
*Managing local union relationships and leading on local negotiations.
*You will also work closely with counter parts within the wider business.
* Managing expatriate placements

This position reports into and works closely with the International HR Director and may require you to travel internationally occasionally.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has previously worked within a manufacturing or similar environment. You will have a generalist background and used to operating at both a strategic and operational level. The business is unionised so you will be required to have lead union negotiations and be comfortable in this environment.
You must be happy with International Travel if required.

To £38k + car and benefits
