This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to perform all generalist employment law related issues and be the first point of contact for all Managers and staff for the provision of guidance and support for policies and procedures.

Our client is seeking to appoint someone who will enjoy building and developing relationships with management and in doing so providing them with the skills to manage and influence their own staff in a way that they become more effective and self motivated.

The right person should have:

- Excellent active listening , verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with Managers and staff at every level
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Generalist HR knowledge base and experience preferably gained in a unionised environment
- CIPD part/fully qualified
- Working towards CIPD registration/membership
- Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
- Strong understanding of NHS terms and conditions of service
- Ensure continuing professional development, taking ownership and accountability for staying up to date
