The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy and leading a team of HR professionals in provide a full HR generalist services to the business, including employee relations, learning & Development, organisational development and change management. You will over see the HR function at both a strategic and operational level.
The business operates sites across the whole of the UK so will be expected to travel with the position as required.
My client is looking for an Experienced HR Manager with a strong generalist background, you will be happy operating at both a strategic and operational level and will have previous experience of managing and developing a team. You will be required to have previously working within Logistics as well as being happy to travel within the role.
The required individual will be a strong communicator, who can demonstrate they are comfortable influencing Directors and Senior Managers as well as having a strong commercial understanding.
CIPD is desirable but not essential.

To £55k + package
