Working within the sales and marketing functions you will be responsible for the full remit of generalist HR for around 150ppl up to junior management level. Sitting on the junior management team you will work closely with you peers on matters such as; talent development, succession planning, career development, recruitment and employee relations, in order to provide and effective and proactive HR service to the business. Main areas of focus for this position will include;
- Performance Management
- Recruitment
- Employee Engagement
- Learning and Development
- Employee Relations
- HR Policy and Practice
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate clear career development within a fast paced and commercial environment. You will have a strong grasp of employment law and be confident in advising the business on a number of HR and people related matters. This role will suit an individual who has a proven track record within a medium to large organisation and is able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills are a must for this position as is the being part or fully CIPD qualified.
My client is a leading FMCG business
up to £34,000 pro-rata depending on experience
