Developing and implementing the HR strategy, you will provide a business partner approach to senior management and line managers, supporting and coaching them to deliver significant business performance improvements. Liaising closely with Senior Management, you will be instrumental in helping raise people and organisational performance and capability. You will also promote positive employee relations and engagement to support and implement the change.

As an experienced HR practitioner, ideally with a manufacturing background who is accustomed to a fast paced environment, you will be able to influence and engage senior managers.
