This is an exciting opportunity for a credible HR Advisor with extensive employee relations experience to join a large HR team. Taking responsibility for a region you will manage a caseload of disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and any other HR queries and provide a professional HR service to Managers within your area. The role will be based at head office the majority of the time with some travel to your region where you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and influence managers. This role is fixed term for 12 months
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good employment law knowledge, evidence of managing a caseload of complex casework, experience of working in a complex organisational structure, available to commence the role in a couple of weeks.
My client is a public sector organisation based in the Birmingham area.
Salary up to £30,000 DOE

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
