An Interim HR Advisor is required for a period of around 8 months to fulfil a generalist multisite role for my blue chip client. The role will manage multiple sites across the Midlands and be responsible for ongoing TUPE transfers into and out of the organisation and employee relations including complex casework. The client group is predominantly a blue collar work force and the environment can quickly change from one day to the next and so you need to be able to adapt quickly and change your approach depending on the demands of the role. The role is Midlands based with regular travel.
The successful candidate will be an experience Interim HR Advisor and withexperience in either a retail or business services environment and be used to a regional/multisite remit. You must also possess a driving licence for the role and be able to commit for a minimum of 8 months from April until November.
My client is a leading Business Services organisation based in the Midlands.
Salary up to £32,000 + car & bens (pro rata for a contract).

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
