Senior HR Business Partner EMEA - from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum bonus and benefits - London

Great opportunity to join a highly successful and growing international IT infrastructure and services organisation that currently employs around 3,000 globally. In what is a truly matrix organisation, EMEA Headquarters are based in the UK, with operations across key locations in Europe and beyond for the EMEA region.

The Senior HR Business Partner role will support the EMEA Sales and Services divisions with a total population of around 260 employees across the region and will report to the VP HR EMEA. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership team of their client groups with a key focus being around playing a part in enabling the sales and service function shift its focus increasingly toward application and consulting sales whilst maintaining/improving performance figures. Hence the Senior Business partner will work closely with the business to identify needs for individual and organisation development intervention and will work with Group to identify and embed the best solutions that will enhance capability, performance, leadership structures and employee engagement. The business partner will also play a key role in aligning group interventions to local need ensuring that they are fit for purpose to their business units.

Candidates should be intellectually bright, broad generalists, who work at pace, have a desire to take real ownership and accountability as a Business Partner for their area and possess a strong focus on delivery. Ideally candidates will also possess some previous exposure to supporting an international client group and exposure to sales and service populations within a technology environment, although there is flexibility on these for a candidate it is believed has the right level of enthusiasm, intellect and energy to pick up on the key issues and relationships quickly to hit the ground running.
