An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a busy team on behalf of a reputable organisation based in the Northamptonshire area.

In this role you will provide HR/ER support to business managers based at several sites across the UK. Working as part of the team your key responsibilities will include:

Advising & supporting managers on employment matters in line with policies & procedures & current legislation including sickness absence management, grievance and disciplinary related issues
Policy development in line with employment law updates
Assisting managers & colleagues in matters of discipline including complex cases of grievance & dismissal
Providing advice & guidance on all absence & performance related queries
Maintaining & updating all electronic databases & systems & regular reporting of MI to help identify problem areas & drive improvements
Contributing to projects & activities that encourage the development of relations & employee engagement across the business

To be considered applicants must:
Be CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
Have a strong HR generalist background in particular in the following areas: disciplinary & grievance, absence management & performance
Have up to date knowledge of employment law
Demonstrate strong communication skills & flexibility & a willingness to travel for the role
