A leading, worldwide travel and leisure company are looking to recruit an experienced Trainer who can deliver sales, customer service, systems and business processes training to call centre agents, administrators and supervisors.
Working alongside the Training & Development Manager you will be working with staff at varying levels including new starter inductions.

Responsibilities will include
Thorough preparation and delivery of induction for sales and product training programmes for all new agents including mock calls and end of course exams
Maintaining accurate and complete training and attendance records
Schedule, document and deliver feedback to managers
Maintain and update induction training programmes to meet the changing needs of the business
Identify individual training needs
Coach call centre staff on a one to one basis to improve performance
Assist in the design and delivery of sales/ systems/ customer service training workshops
Assist in co-ordinating the Quality Focus Programme
Provide support to the call centre as required

Experience required
Experience in sales training as well as customer service/ systems training essential
Call structure, objection handling, closing
One to one coaching skills
Group training skills
Understanding of learning cycles
Recognised training qualification (CIPD)
