Your role.

In this role, you will undertake the facilitation and delivery of approved training programmes to trainee Disability Assessors in a learner focused way. Training to be delivered both face to face and remotely via telephone, WebEx, etc.

Be a key contact providing support, advice and assistance to trainees during their training which will include considerable self-guided learning

Proactively manage a group of remote trainees ensuring they receive timely and accurate feedback and responses to activities and queries.

Carry out the assessment of trainees practical and written skills and learning pertinent to the role of a disability assessor

Monitor individual trainees progress and provide 1:1 coaching and support as required, both face to face and remotely

Maintain accurate training records of learner assessments and achievements.

Support and assist in the design and delivery of additional learning interventions and CPD activities as required by the Head of Clinical Training

And, last but not least, you will promote a professional business image and contribute to the achievement of team and operational targets
