Henlee Resourcing in working in partnership with this well-known organisation in Trowbridge to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for an initial 6-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this fast paced end to end generalist HR role will expose you to all aspects of HR. You will be advising Line Managers on recruitment and selection, employee relations to include all aspects of grievance and disciplinary, redundancy, Tupe and restructuring, new employee inductions, advising on maternity / paternity leave and pay as well as involvement supporting Payroll, L&D and Pensions teams when required.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly experienced and commercial in their approach, CIPD part / fully qualified with at least 3 years broad based generalist HR experience, gained within a medium to large sized business.
It is essential you can communicate effectively with Senior Managers and possess strong influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire trust with all levels of the organisation, championing and encouraging best practice.
If you are available at no more than 2 weeks notice, can commit to 6 months work and possess the above competencies, we are keen to hear from you ASAP.
