In-house Recruiter

*Urgent Requirement* Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this entrepreneurial organisation based in Swindon to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant on an initial four to six-month contract.

We seek an individual who is comfortable managing '360' end to end, high volume recruitment campaigns with knowledge gained working either In-House, for an RPO or making your first move from a successful agency environment.

Specific duties will see you;

* Provide a full nd to end recruitment service to a fast paced, multi-site organisation
* Work closely with Stakeholders to formulate recruitment plans and hiring strategies
* Utilise various methods of candidate attraction whilst ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates
* Manage individual recruitment budgets and ensure the most suitable methods of recruitment are utilised
* Manage all related administration
* Developing creative, cost-effective recruitment solutions and materials
* Ensure legal compliance in all recruitment and selection activity
* Provide detailed and effective MI reporting
* Any other ad-hoc projects as and when directed

Previous recruitment experience within a high-volume environment is highly desired, ideally gained in an internal resourcing function - However, candidates looking to make their first move inhouse will also be considered.

Suitable applicants will have excellent communication and administrative skills and an ability to work under pressure, under your own initiative, with minimal supervision.
