We are delighted to be working with this fast paced, highly reputable business based in Swindon to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor.
You will provide end to end "hands on" HR support for the business, currently employing 220 staff in the UK, with expanding teams across the world!!
You will manage the smooth, day to day running of all operational HR tasks, to include; Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, L&D... whilst helping to drive strategy and realise the company's ambitious growth plans
If you are a progressive HR Advisor with strong knowledge of employment law (advising managers on the full range of employee related issues), have good recruitment experience and exposure to payroll, this will be a fantastic opportunity for you!
