Henlee Resourcing is working on an exclusive basis with this fast paced, entrepreneurial business based near Abingdon, to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor / HR Generalist on an initially for 4-6-months with a view that this role could convert to a permanent position.
Reporting to the HR Director and working in a team of 4, you will provide end to end "hands on" Recruitment support as well as getting involved in others aread of HR for the entire business which currently employs c. 350 people (and growing!!) mainly in the UK, with expanding teams in the USA.
If you are a progressive Recruitment Advisor with some exposure to employee relations / employment law, this will be a fantastic assignment for you.
If you can demonstrate the above capabilities and possess a professional and proactive approach, with the ability to communicate concisely, effectively and persuasively at all levels and can start ASAP, we look forward to hearing from you.
This is an urgent role, with interviews being held ideally w/c 7th August.
