Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading and highly reputable business based in Bath, to recruit a talented Learning and Development Business Partner / Manager in to a diverse, newly created role.

Reporting to the HR Director, the initial scope will be to purpose-build, manage and then maintain an 'in-house' Learning function, effectively from the ground up! This L&D function will ensure all employees are trained, developed and engaged throughout and that talent is retained and managed, whilst reducing the dependence on external resources and third party training solutions.

This hands-on role will see you identify, design, deliver and evaluate a series of training solutions, supervise and mentor 1x L&D Coordinator, formulate and manage the L&D plan (ensuring it aligns with the organisational business plan and HR strategies), manage any associated budgets and lead on any L&D focused projects - the first of which is to scope, implement and maintain a new LMS system!

We are looking for a highly energised individual who ideally has experience of building and running a similar function, ideally gained with professional services and/or a similar fast paced / professional environment.

You will possess excellent knowledge of learning techniques and styles, be confident in designing, developing and delivering innovative solutions, and possess excellent presentation, facilitation and organisation skills. In an ideal world, you will also be degree educated and/or hold CIPD membership (or a Qualification in Business / Administration / HR / L&D).

If you are looking for an challenging opportunity with scope and autonomy and, you can clearly demonstrate the above capabilities, we are keen to hear from you ASAP.
