Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading Swindon based employer to recruit an experienced, operationally focused HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor on an initial 12-month interim contract.
The current incumbent is moving on to a significant change programme and this role has been signed off to support the day to day operational HR duties during their absence.
Reporting to the Head of HR and working within an established team, you will be key in supporting the business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit, including performance & attendance management, change management, employment law, recruitment & selection, employee development and policy, as well as offering additional support to the programme and any other projects that arise.
Suitable applicants will ideally be CIPD qualified, with strong Employee Relations and Recruitment exposure. You will have the capability to work on your own, largely unsupervised and have experience of working in a busy, fast paced HR function, preferably within manufacturing or similar.
