Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with one of Bath's well-known Manufacturing / Engineering Companies to recruit a HR / ER Officer / Advisor to assist during a period of absence.
We are looking for a Candidate who possesses a decent working knowledge of HR to assist the HR Manager with Employee Relations, General administration, HR policies and procedures and supporting the wider business.
Accountabilities:
* Provide excellent HR advisory support in relation to ER cases
* Arrange and attend Grievance and Disciplinary hearings
* Manage ad hoc projects and also support the HR Manager
* Provide administrative support on all HR processes
* Update the HR databases
* Payroll administration ensuring all documentation completed in time for pay roll cut off
* Deal with administration for company cars with Fleet provider
* Review current HR procedures and recommend improvements to ensure continuous improvement
* Accessing, inputting and compiling HR data
* Develop and update HR policies and procedures ensuring they are in-line with current legislation
* Advise managers and employees on any aspects of policies
Key Skills:
* Minimum CIPD Level 3
* Previous HR experience ideally in a manufacturing or engineering company
* Demonstrable practical experience
