Henlee Resourcing is working in close partnership with this well-established, yet niche Global Business with a base in Swindon to recruit a part time (18 hours, 4 or 5 days per week) Talent / OD / L&D Advisor on a permanent basis. As long as you can work the hours across a minimum of 4 days, the organisation can be flexible on timings.
The purpose of this role is to provide a flexible, responsive and proactive service to the business across many developmental topics. Working as the UK point of contact in an international team, you will assist in driving developmental initiatives such as talent management, people development & organisational change for all UK employees.
You will work with a variety of stakeholders building relationships with the team, all global HR departments and the wider organisation. You will also deal with various suppliers and external companies.
Key responsibilities
* Identifying development needs for employees and teams
* Designing and facilitating team development events
* Evaluating internal and external training measures to ensure they are fit for purpose
* Assisting in the delivery and content of the in-house training portfolio
* Maintaining learning portals and other communication channels
Skills, experience & knowledge
* Experience within the learning and development sector and working with a training portfolio
* A commercially astute HR professional with a solid understanding of development practice
* Excellent presentation, training delivery and facilitation skills, delivering to a range of audiences
* Ability to work under pressure and take a flexible approach to delivering results
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, energetic and self-motivated
