Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly regarded international business based in Central Paris, to recruit a Senior Reward Analyst (EMEA).

Reporting to the EMEA Reward Manager, we are looking for an experienced, career hungry Reward Analyst to provide a comprehensive service to this complex, fast paced business.

You will support the Reward team in the execution of the regional Reward strategy across EMEA, undertaking analysis and monitoring activities relating to all components of Reward. The key tasks within this role will be around reward and administration, management information reporting, benchmarking, as well as working with the EMEA HR team on HR systems management and development.

Specifically, you will;

* Work closely with the Reward Managers to support the execution of the EMEA Reward strategy
* Collaborate across HR to deliver implementation and communication of standard reward policies and end to end reward processes
* Support the Reward Managers to manage, implement and evaluate the strategy, process and governance around the Career Map Framework
* Support to maintain an effective salary structure
* Support annual and ad hoc Reward package benchmarking
* Analyse and provide ad hoc compensation and benefits data to business managers and HRBPs
* Conduct Reward cost simulations/ projections
* Co-ordinate the annual compensation review process
* Support the delivery of any ad-hoc Reward projects as and when directed

Suitable applicants must have business level French and English language skills, coupled with knowledge of all aspects of the annual compensation cycle including; salary and incentive reviews, market data collection and analysis, market research and budgeting for salary increases…

You will have the ability to quickly build strong stakeholder relationships and be used to working in a large, complex, matrixed environment. Strong data reporting skills (advanced level Excel and Access) are also essential.
