Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this market leading Business based near Abingdon, to recruit an experienced HR / ER Advisor, to cover a 6-month maternity leave.

Working in a highly talented team, this hands-on role will see you managing case work encompassing; disciplinary & grievance, harassment, absenteeism, performance improvement, TUPE and any other ER related matters or projects. You will advise, guide, influence and coach Managers & staff on correct policy, process, procedure and employment law.

Strong employment law knowledge is a pre-requisite. You will be used to dealing with multiple cases at any one time, working at pace, within a pressured and demanding environment. You will (ideally) be CIPD qualified, possess excellent relationship building, problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a high level of commercial acumen. You must be able to challenge where appropriate and be action orientated, with persuasive and resilient qualities.
