**An exciting opportunity to lead training and development in one of the UK's fastest growing and innovative FMCG businesses**

This organisation currently employs 500+ people and have experienced several years of double digit growth - Turnover is currently c£60m, they are highly profitable and, having just relocated to a brand-new facility, have very ambitious growth plans!

This new role has been created for an energetic, passionate and creative Learning and Development Manager to "help take us to the next level". People and training are at the heart of their business and you will lead a team of three (reporting directly to the Head of HR), tasked with the creation and development of a fully operational Learning function and ownership / delivery of the people development strategy.

You'll play a key role in the development of teams and individuals across the organisation, whilst supporting the leadership team in creating a culture where feedback and personal development is at the fore.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a track record of embedding development programs that engage and excite people, with strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills. It goes without saying you'll be a confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a skilled coach with a hands on approach.
