This Swindon based business urgently seeks an experienced HR Assistant / HR Advisor for 6 weeks (initially) to support on a period of heavy Employee Relations case work.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Advisor will provide a hands-on, pro-active and high quality HR service to the organisation - Assisting on a high volume of cases, covering 'anything and everything employee relations'.
Suitable applicants will be available at short notice, fully experienced in supporting case management, hands-on and used to working in a small, fast paced environment.
