Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this well-known business based in Swindon to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor on an permanent basis.
For someone in the early stages of their L&D career looking to progress or, a Teacher/Lecturer looking to move into the private sector, this is a superb opportunity! You will take responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects.
Your specific duties will include but are not limited too;
* Identify training and development needs of all employees
* Develop and compile versatility charts based on competency requirements and job analysis
* Propose and design training and development programmes
* Deliver effective induction programmes
* Arrange and deliver training courses
* Deliver operational competency training
* Administer external training courses and manage providers
* Produce training materials for in-house courses / spoft skills training
* Evaluation and enhancement of training and development programmes
* Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
Successful applicants must have previous exposure to learning and development, be qualified or studying towards CIPD level 5 L&D (or equivalent), be highly motivated, pro-active and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate and present to all levels of seniority.
