Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading 'blue chip' in Swindon to recruit an experienced Interim Senior Reward Manager for an initial 9 month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role will support BAU and all project work on the delivery of the Reward and Benefits across several key areas of the business.
As a senior member of the Reward team, you will manage a small team and work with colleagues to contribute to the development of the reward strategy, supporting policies to continue to enhance the effectiveness of the business.
Specific duties will include:
* Partnering the business on all Reward matters
* Job evaluation - particularly using Hay
* Managing company car scheme
* Managing flexible benefits and enrolments into flexible benefits schemes
* Dealing with 3rd party suppliers
* Managing varied and demanding stakeholders up executive level
* People management / leadership of a small team (3/4)
Suitable applicants MUST have excellent Reward experience gained within complex, corporate environments. You must have Hay evaluation experience and extensive executive pay exposure.
You will have strong knowledge of modern Reward thinking and, a proven track record of reward design and delivering competitive reward strategies. The ability to present and communicate effectively, challenge and influence senior leaders and excellent stakeholder management skills are all pre-requisites.
