Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this superb Organisation based near Amesbury in Wiltshire (near Salisbury) to recruit an exceptional People Development Partner on a permanent basis.

As People Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation achieve its ambitious plans to become the most trusted brand in its market in the UK.

You will build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with the business, implementing and continuously improving People development practices. You will add value to Colleague processes with your deep knowledge of the business and development solutions. The role presents an opportunity to implement strong People development policies and practices whilst ensuring the Colleagues are set up for success at a crucial time as the Business commences the next phase of their journey!!

Key Responsibilities:

* Consult directly with line managers on team development / effectiveness interventions to improve the overall capability of Colleagues
* Understand specific business targets and recommend L&D activities to support the achievement of the Colleague and Business goals
* Deliver high quality L&D training interventions through multiple learning and development solutions using creative and innovative delivery methods and techniques
* Deliver appropriate training interventions in accordance with legislations and current industry best practice
* Conduct regular and ongoing external benchmarking to understand best practice
* In conjunction with Leadership Development Partner, select and manage external providers to support the development of L&D programmes / interventions
* Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of all external suppliers to ensure consistently high levels of design, delivery and ROI
* Work with Colleague Communication and Engagement Officer to manage the internal communication of L&D programmes to build colleague engagement, understanding, take up and reputation of these programmes
* Encourage a culture of personal development ownership
* Simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematically. Identify causal relationships, and construct frameworks, for decision making and problem-solving. Transform proposals/ideas into practical reality
* Bring fresh perspective on the outside world to constructively challenge current working practices leading to added business value
* Own the induction process and ensure new entrants are given an insight into the regulatory environment and business culture to begin to build a fulfilling career
* Enable Colleagues to continuously develop their behavioural capabilities
* Review and maintain Learning Management System (LMS)
* Be an ambassador for the function and represent HR internally and externally

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

* Extensive experience and expertise in shaping L&D plans to reflect business needs and deliver value for money interventions
* Experience in the design and delivery of best practice L&D solutions
* Ability to develop blended learning solutions across various departments in different locations with consistent outcomes
* Proven coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation experience
* Understands Colleague and Business development and able to implement appropriate interventions
* Experience in a variety of evaluation techniques and tools to measure the impact of learning programmes on individual capability and business performance
* Understand the value drivers and is commercially aware
* Role models values and behaviours
