Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading Swindon based employer to recruit an ambitious HR Advisor.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a solid working knowledge of Employee Relations, combined with good HR Projects experience and ideally, some exposure to Learning and Development.
Specifically, you will;
* Provide generalist HR advice to Managers at all levels across the business, working alongside the current HR Advisor to support and advise on any ER cases.
* Develop appropriate training and development activity across all roles across the business, delivering training, producing relevant training material and develop training aids such as manuals, handbooks and handouts
* Ensure equal opportunities are promoted throughout the business giving fair opportunity to all and assisting in the development of diversified workforce
* Manage ad hoc HR projects, as assigned
Suitable applicants must be studying or qualified CIPD, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures - particularly Employee Relations and policy development. You will be career focused, looking to develop, confident and able to quickly establish credibility. You will have a pragmatic and flexible approach, with excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
