Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this global organisation based in London to recruit an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager.
This exciting, newly created role will see you managing the end to end process of attracting and hiring the highest calibre graduates and apprentices into the business.
You must be an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager, an exceptional recruiter, with an early-careers focus throughout your CV and an expert when it comes to all things early-careers.
This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and your duties will include;
* Management of graduate recruitment events and 'milk-round' activities.
* Responsible for researching and recommending events/activities (career fairs, university presentations etc)
* Booking events, transport, arranging support teams and making all logistical arrangements, as well as attending and managing events on the day.
* Responsible for the production of recruitment marketing materials.
* Carefully managing the cost of events, ensuring best value for money.
* Continuously reviewing the effectiveness of graduate recruitment activities and researching new sourcing channels
* Application tracking
* Setting up and managing assessment centres
* Talent pooling to ensure good pipeline of candidates to meet business growth targets
