Henlee Resourcing is proud to be working with this globally renowned company, to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be based in their London HQ.
This is a hands-on, '360' role, tasked with direct sourcing; attracting, networking and headhunting the very best talent to join their business.
You will act as a 'true' business partner to all stakeholders, quickly understanding their sourcing needs and helping to implement their long term workforce planning strategy, providing various MI on skills gap analysis, market mapping, time & cost to hire data etc and assisting on any project-based work as and when directed. You will also manage any external / third-party relationships.
This role will suit an experienced, high performing and ambitious recruiter, with demonstrable Inhouse exposure.
You must be credible with senior leaders, intelligent, able to think on your feet and confident, with a proven background of smashing targets and KPI's.
