Henlee Resourcing has an exciting opportunity for an Interim In-house Recruiter to join the talented recruitment team of a fast paced engineering business, based in Thatcham, for an initial 6-8 month FTC.

Working closely with HR and key stakeholders within the business, you will engage with hiring managers to gain a full brief of recruitment requirements then advise and deliver, the most effective recruitment strategy for each campaign.

You will utilise your knowledge to manage the full end to end recruitment process, creating and posting adverts, directly sourcing candidates, managing external relationship, conducting interviews through to offer stage and issuing all feedback, ensuring the very best candidate and client journey at all times.

This is an exciting time to join the company. They have lots of projects to get involved with, as well as a variety of vacancies spanning the business, providing a wealth of exposure for someone who really wants to grow their Recruitment career.

Suitable applicants will have a successful track record of delivering in recruitment, either in-house, RPO or agency, with a wealth of experience managing vacancies at all levels of seniority, within multiple disciplines.

We really need someone who is passionate and thrives off exploring exciting and innovative ways of working.

You must be a confident, credible and an engaging communicator, able challenge, and influence where appropriate. You will have an eye for detail and for identifying top talent; coupled with meticulous planning and prioritisation skills, to successfully manage a busy workload with tight deadlines.
